Huawei to Provide 1.2 Mln Broadband Modems to Telenor
Huawei has inked a contract with Telenor Group to supply 1.2 million mobile broadband modems over the coming 12 months for Telenor’s 13 operating companies, said a company statement issued today.
“We are delighted to further our cooperation with Telenor Group,” said Mr. Jerry Wang, Head of Telenor Business Unit of Huawei. “Huawei can not only provide Telenor with the highest-quality modems but also fast response, flexible customisation and the best services to facilitate Telenor’s business success.”
It maybe recalled that Telenor has also signed a contract with ZTE, couple of weeks ago, for “up to” two million mobile broadband modems.
