Hats off to Reza Moallemi for developing such a useful plugin – which is going to be very handy for those who blog in Urdu Fonts.

Administrators will have to set a default language, out of 13 available languages to be used for the comments. Other than this, you can enable Google Transliteration by default or let the reader select it if required.

I am not a blogger and just read Tech blogs. This plug in seems good since I appreciate people writing in Urdu. Unfortunately English has become a kind of standard in Pakistan. I don’t talk about Russia, Korea, Japan or China but if you look at one of our neighboring country Iran you will see how much Persian they use on Internet. We should promote URDU. Just a thought.

  3. Aamir, when we are going to see this on ProPakistani :D

    Hey Aamir,

Not every reader of this blog can write good English so why don’t we give them opportunity to write in URDU. Actually I myself would love to comment in Urdu.

I would have done it first thing if it was my blog.

    Anyway you own it bro!
