well they have already mentioned that app is powered by conduit so they are using a third party tool.
It is powered by conduit’s toolbar platform, but it’s customized for wi-tribe customer’s, although it’s use is not limited to them.
and they get paid for each download :)
@imran – it is compatible with all windows platforms. windows 7 probably hadn’t officially launched when the toolbar was in production
