  • Sharing Personal Experience! Zong 4G service is amazing as far as the speed is concerned, however, their customer support is the worst I have ever experienced. I had to inquire about the nearest Zong franchise to my location i.e. Bahaduranad, Karachi so I called at their customer support number 051-111222111 (as they do not have any other number for any other city), the CSR responded to my call had no idea about Karachi franchises locations and areas, so I decided to hang up and call again assuming the others may have better information. On my second call, the experience remain unchanged, the other CSR also had no information about Karachi franchises except the pre-loaded list, which they can text on the customer number. Literally, they cannot even guide a customer to nearest franchise locations. I asked them the nearest Zong franchise to PECHS, Tariq Road, Bahadurabad, etc. and trust me, they had no idea what I am saying and sent me the list of all their franchise to choose from and that is also without the contact numbers. As per the Zong Customer support, they do not have the contact numbers of any franchise or customer support center. It is not easy to find a franchise in Karachi with limited information i.e. area and street (no landmarks or anything). Also, they are not technically trained as they had very limited knowledge of 4G and couldn’t even guide a customer on how to check data usage etc. Pathetic experience!

      • Then they should limit themselves to Islamabad only. I have used Ufone, Mobilink and Telenor and their CS never make you feel where are they located. As a CS staff of the company operating nationwide should be equipped with complete details and technical knowledge. The least they can use is Google map to address customers’ located related queries but it needs someone professional on the top..
