Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., has unveiled the latest, highly innovative series of Televisions in Pakistan. The unveiling took place at a forum of distributors and media in Bhurban.

Based on a breakthrough LED (Light-Emitting-Diode) technology, the Samsung LED TV 6000 and 7000 Series provide state of the art picture quality and are equipped with ultra clear panel, wide colour enhancer and PC and USB connectivity. These TVs provide convenience of interactivity. 7000 series is also equipped with a flash storage library.

According to Steve Han, Samsung’s General Manager, “Samsung has marked a transformative moment with the introduction of new LED TV in Pakistan and it has completely revolutionized the way consumers interact with and experience their TVs”.

Transparent crystal display and slim and sleek design coupled with thinner wall mount allows these sets to be hung on any walls. Farooq Naseem, CEO, Digital World Pakistan shared his views saying “This innovative launch of LED TV is the result of Samsung’s on-going effort in the technological advancements. Their product focuses on the green-manufacturing and design leading to long-term, eco-friendly HDTV solutions”.

The Samsung LED TV 7000 series provides realistic, smooth motion and true black levels without after-image lag. It is way ahead of the generic slim TVs because, despite an all-in-one type tuner embedded in its body, the total thickness of this TV is almost equivalent to one human finger.

Jingak Chung, Senior Manager, Samsung Electronics, when asked about the product stated, “The beauty of this LED TV is the colour gradations that are placed in the frame, and with Samsung’s advanced engineering we have developed lighter and thinner units”.
