- The rights of final decision are vested with Nokia Pakistan and its marketing team and the final decision would not be challengeable
- There is no limit to the amount of pictures that would be taken at the venue
- The photographer covering the event with the Lumia can only be designated by Nokia Pakistan
- All the pictures taken at the event would be handed over to the participant
