As we reported a few weeks ago that Microsoft had plans to let go the Nokia branding for its Lumia devices, today we saw the first Lumia phone with Microsoft’s name on it. The Microsoft Lumia 535.
A mid-range phone that carries a lot of similarities from Lumia 530, the Lumia 535 comes with Microsoft Logo on the front; which marks the first ever phone by the company with its own branding.
The Lumia 535 boosts five inch screen, five megapixel wide-angle front camera for selfies and another five megapixel rear camera.
Aimed for developing markets, the Lumua 535 will come with a single SIM version as well as dual SIM version that will allow two active SIMs for parallel usage. Loaded with Windows 8.1 with Denim update out of the box, Lumia 535 will cost around or less than PKR 14,500.
Beneath the covers, the Lumua 535 sports a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor along with 1GB of RAM. Internal memory for usage is capped at 8GB with support for additional memory through microSD card with support up to 128 GB. Lumia 535 comes with 15 GBs of free OneDrive storage to store all your photos or documents in the cloud.
Lumia 535 will come in conventional cyan, bright green, bright orange, white, dark grey, and black colors.
With extra covers as a bonus, the Lumia 535 will hit selected markets in couple of weeks. Pakistan can expect this handset to arrive here around mid or end of December 2014.
Again, the Lumia 535 is likely to be priced around 14,500 in Pakistan.
