PTCL has once again offered its potential EVO customers a chance to avail new EVO devices with monthly charges of Rs. 1,250.

With this new promotion, you can:

  • Purchase an EVO Wingle with 20 GB package before the 31st of December and receive a discounted monthly line-rent of Rs 1,250 for a whole year!
  • Existing EVO Wingle Subscribers who have not recharged since 30th July,2014 automatically qualify for this package!
  • The Discounted line-rent is contingent upon first card load before 31st December,2014.

Offer details:

  • Package Name: EVO Wingle
  • Usual Line Rent: Rs. 1,500
  • Discounted Line Rent: Rs. 1,250
  • Monthly Data Limit: 20GB
  • Billing Mode: Prepay / Postpay
  • Additional Usage: Additional usage at Rs. 0.15/MB on prepay & Rs. 150/GB on postpay.

Business Rules:

  • Discounted line-rent is contingent upon first card load before 31st December,2014.
  • Customers loading a card after the 31st of December will not be entitled to this promotion.
  • Offer is applicable for new purchases EVO Wingle made before 31st December 2014 for & existing wingle subscribers inactive since 30th July, 2014 only.
  • Offer is not applicable for package conversions for existing customers.
  • Usage limit for the complimentary month shall be 20GB.
  • Upon Expiry of Discount (31st December, 2014), all subscribers on these packages shall be automatically shifted to the standard 20GB packages for EVO Wingle.

  • I’m using Evo Wingle for many months at Rs. 1250/month n I’m not lying either. And u know what?? It’s 30 GB NOT 20GB..
    May b they’ve introduced this new thing now but my data limit is 30 GB.

    • yeah its weird their official and local rates are different…There is another package where Device is for 1000 Rs @ 1500 Rs Per month with 20GB which is useless and there is this and not listed on official site..

      • yeah you’re right they’ve several local packages which only applicable in selective locations. in Faisalabad you can avail 20GB in just Rs 750 per month for Postpaid

    • The Device you use for that package is of ZTE and it was limited to specific city/cities – it has been discontinued since then… the new device is of HUAWEI and the package is for the whole country… a pathetic package indeed. I wonder when would mobile operators start selling sim-based USB devices… that day I’d say goodbye to PTCL forever.

      • It’s not ZTE. I also am on Huawei and the package he’s talking about is AZADI PACKAGE.

      • Don’t really wait for mobile operators because they are also greedy companies (don’t you see their mobile packages?). I am sure when they start selling SIM based USB devices they would announce expensive packages and also the 24 or 25% tax would also be included just like we already pay with every recharge :(

        Instead I am seriously hoping “Wateen” to come up with something creative. I know it is Wimax company but still they can come up with new devices and try their level best to penetrate the broadband internet market.

        I am using Wateen for the last 5 years, that’s why I am saying so :)

    • I am using the same package buddy, its azadi package and it was unlimited with cap of 75 GB earlier and downgraded to 30GB after PTCL downgrading all EVO limits.

      but now i have DSL 8mbps shared by 4 people… so ill sale it on good offer

  • im good with Ufone’s 3G internet package. 71 rupees including tax for 5 days. 5GB data, 5000 mins and 5000 sms. much better speed than PTCL Evo.

  • PTCL should reduce monthly rate from 1250 Rs per month to at least Rs 250/ per month for staying competitive in the market as Cellular 3G/4G operators have already captured data/Broadband market with more than 5 million customers by reducing tariffs drastically. In addition to that,PTCL should also focus on improving its quality. Competition(Game) is on.

  • I’m happy that Mobile operators have come up with attractive packages… slowly and gradually they’re taking away PTCL’s customers…

  • ptcl evo must die. they always bring new packages for new or inactive customers but what about the active ones?

  • why ptcl always introduce offer only for new customer ? i purchase azadi wingle and i just use month and when i use again then i know i have postpaid wingle and Rs.780 remaining. so i don’t like ptcl offers.

    • PTCL should reduce tariffs equally for both existing and new customers.Rates should be at least 250/ per month for staying competitive in the market.Otherwise 3G/4G operators will take away the business from it.

  • I bought Evo wingle USB almost 2 years ago with the offer of 75 GB for 1250/- per month. I was told that I’ll have to pay 1250/- forever but then the package was revised and downgraded to 30 GB. More interesting part is, the reason I left it, I only use one mobile phone with that wingle.. No PC, no other mobile, but still it shows after 20 days that 30GB data is consumed. Many a times it happened that my excess balance was washed out without even using it. While its speed and signals are also pathetic and barely work. Now, it’s just a piece of crap for me. I was so disappointed that I decided to never use again it in my life. I m thinking of purchasing a Zong USB now.

  • i m also usibg EVO wINGLE BUT IT CLOSE AFTER EVRERY 15 days i m paying 1250 each month but i could not use full month i dont know wt is the reson
