Sehat and Pfizer Start Pakistan’s First Ever Doorstep Vaccination Program

Sehat.com.pk has joined hands with Pfizer in providing the country’s first ever doorstep vaccinator program.

The vaccinator program will enable patients in the cities of Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi, and Islamabad to get vaccinated for Pneumonia – a disease with one of the highest mortality rates in the world across all age groups.

Through the program, Sehat will provide the patient with doorstep delivery of Prevenar 13 – a pneumonia vaccine manufactured by Wyeth, a subsidiary of Pfizer. Vaccination for the patient is a supplementary feature with no additional cost.

Multiple payment methods exist for using the vaccination program, including cash on delivery, internet banking, and credit card payment. However, the vaccination is subject to a valid doctor’s prescription. Persons under the age of 10 are also barred from receiving the vaccination.

The vaccinator program will be the first of its kind in Pakistan, and the first such program to be implemented by an e-commerce website in Pakistan. Doctors and physicians currently delegated to treating the disease in all 4 cities in which the vaccinator program is available can refer their patients to this service.

Additionally, customers can now sign up for his or her vaccination through a click of a button by registering online at sehat.com.pk or calling their toll free number at 0800 73248 (0800 SEHAT).
