The Institute of Computing at Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU), Multan is organizing its first ever Cyber Security Conference next month. The main theme of the conference is ‘Cyber Warfare in next 10 years’ with the spotlight on Pakistan.
What to expect?
The first Cyber Security Conference will feature research presentations, cyber drills, training’s, exhibitions and speaker sessions. Keynote speakers include Professor Ross Anderson from Cambridge University, Dr. Haitham Cruickshank from Surrey University, Professor John Walker from Nottingham University and Mr. Ammar Jaffri from FIA, Pakistan.
Who can attend?
Department of Computer Science at BZU openly invites everyone to the conference. It especially encourages IT professionals, industry experts, computer scientists, researchers, privacy and security specialists as well as students to honor them with their presence.
Short literary criticism, research papers and posters pertaining to the theme are also welcome for submission to Cyber Security Conference BZU 2015. Any submissions that are accepted are to be published on the official BZY website.
What are the topics for research paper submissions?
A number of areas of interest for research paper submissions are available to students and professionals to write on. These range from Cyber Security, Networks Security and Programming & Security to Information Security & Risk Management, Hardware Security and Application Layer Security & Web Security.
