After Infinix Hot Note, Infinix Mobility today announced the availability of its second smartphone in Pakistan, the Infinix Zero2 through a launch event held in Karachi.
Priced at Rs. 18,900, Infnix Zero 2 is said to be designed in Paris and Shanghai.
The Infnix Zero 2 will be available online at Daraz (we have heard they are in process of putting it up live) while phone will hit retail stores after a couple of weeks or so. Infinix Zero 2 might get a higher price tag at retail outlets than it is available for at Daraz.PK.
Infinix says that it has tailored Zero 2 specifically to target the needs of students, youth and young professionals. It is designed to satisfy the desire of having a stylish, trendy and a user friendly interface all in the same device.
Infinix Zero2 sports an strong, stylish and flexible Kevlar back cover which is five times stronger and lighter than steel. Weighing just 118 grams, the device is perfectly suited to fit in the palm of your hand.
On hardware side, Zero2 is packed with high end features like an Octa Core 2.0 GHz processor, 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM, Gorilla Corning Glass 3, a 5” HD Samsung super AMOLED screen, 165k colors display, 1280 x 720 HD resolution and is only 6.7 mm in thickness.
Other features of the phone include a 13MP + 5 MP Samsung camera with 85 degree wider angle and F 2.0 aperture which admits more light into the sensor to create sharper and brighter pictures.
Infinix follows a ‘factory-to-consumer’ business model and by leveraging its partnership with Daraz.pk provides its consumers with reduced channel costs. Zero 2 will be available all over Pakistan at an attractive price of PKR 18,900/- only.

In pak after few months every company starts earning extra money from people in dubai SOUQ selling this at 599 AED and Innjoo one also sell at 599 AED in pak innjoo selling at 16k same spec almost then why zero 2 come at high price of 18,900 can anybody explains me being a new company who don’t sell their phones in market bec they also have to give money to distributors which will increase phone price now what they did now increase the price by ourself want to buy this but now i will not at this price many knows branded phones come at this range DISAPPOINTED
Yasir, in pakistan every official import of Handset is heavily taxed. The taxes are in range of 25-35% of the price of the handset.
Dubai is tax free. so donot blame the companies coz it the Govt. that is putting up taxes after taxes after taxes and so on and so forth.

Of course the price difference of Zero2 with Souq is due to heavy taxes in Pakistan. Dubai has only 5% taxes on imports whereas mobile phone imports are taxed heavily here. Just look at the following unbelievable different types of heavy taxes in Pakistan:
Customs Duty: Rs. 250 per handset
Sales tax: Rs. 1000 per handset
Value addition tax: 3%
Provincial tax: 0.91%
Advance tax: 6%
Almost 20% +, han? Kia Khyal hai? Ganjay ka Finance Minister chartered accountant hai. He knows how to collect more and more taxes and no opportunity for tax evasion ;)

Aliexpress looks a reasonable option for looking through several chinese brands and importing phones , but beware , i have no idea on how customs treat imported phones here … so do some research on that before buying

Infinix Zero 2 available at Souq.com for 599 AED is 16 GB version. 32 GB version is not available in UAE. 32 GB version is available in Nigeria at 38500 Nairas which according to Pakistani price is 19600. So there is nothing wrong with its price, however it would be a good idea to have 16 GB version available in Pakistan.
only worth a buy if it had a 64 bit mt6752, this processor is dead everywhere not worth the price just too old just like qmobiles
hey friends… i just got infnix zero2 and i m little dissapointed .. its system update cannot b downloaded and installed… sometimes it got stuck so u cannot unlock the screen… it seem that the fone is switched off but its not… so u have to long press the power button and it will restart ur phone… and they say screen cant be scratched .. i tried and now my screen got 4 lines on it… kindly can anyone help me how can i solve the stuck problem.

@Muzamil Sarfraz Absolutely right, these phones launch in Pakistan having shown some shiny side of a device like Kevlar back, Corning Gorilla Glass, 13 MP Camera etc etc but the main features like hardware, ability to update to latest Android and Battery all are lacking.
1) Too old processor, dead everywhere.
2) No ability to update to latest Android.
3) Power battery just 2300 mAh.
So guys think twice before buying this or you need a good camera then get a Sony Camera instead of buying this shit set:)
Without flashlight phone is useless specially in Pakistan
moreover according to features of this set 2300mah battery is quite insufficient.
Phone would be upgrade to 4 G networking
Therefore the menufacture are requested to remove the flows
