After the recent announcement of Huawei’s P9 duo, the pre-orders for the normal sized flagship have gone live. Pakistan will be among the first countries to get the smartphone. In addition to that Huawei is offering discounts, freebies, prizes and much more to the early buyers.
Huawei will be giving away discount vouchers worth Rs. 5,000 and a free selfie stick with every pre-order of the P9. Customers, who pre-order the device, will become eligible for a lucky draw giving them a chance to win a Huawei Talkband B2, notebooks, T-shirts and several other prizes.

Huawei P9 Features
Huawei P9 is a normal sized flagship smartphone that comes with a 5.2-inch screen inside an aluminium unibody design. The 1080p flagship has an improved screen with better color output, screen brightness, contrast and sunlight legibility. It is powered by Huawei-built HiSilicon Kirin 955 octa-core processor. RAM and storage options include a 3GB RAM version with 32GB storage and a 4GB RAM version with 64GB of storage. The phone has a 3,000 mAh battery, USB Type-C connector and an improved fingerprint scanner.
The most prominent feature of the P9 are its dual 12MP cameras at the back. The company joined up with German Optics specialist Leica to develop the new camera sensors. The new camera tech is said to offer superior camera performance in all lighting conditions, especially during night scenes.
Expected Price and Date of Availability
Huawei hasn’t confirmed the exact release date or the pricing of the smartphone. However, the P9 is said to be available within the next few weeks with an expected release around the end of April or the beginning of May. The phone will be priced at about Rs. 70,000 for the 3GB/32GB version and Rs. 77,000 for the 4GB/64GB variant.
