KarloCompare Secures Funding from Angel Investors

KarloCompare.com.pk announced today that it has secured its first angel investment from Hina Khawaja Bayat and Roger D. Bayat to grow its operations.

The invested amount and valuation remains undisclosed.

Roger D. Bayat will join the company as the Chairman of the Board to help direct the team in building out operations. Since the launch, CompareOn (the parent company) has also added Farid ul Haque and Muhammad Rehan Qadri to its advisory board. Farid will provide strategic guidance to the team and board of directors, whereas Rehan will provide guidance and oversight on building scalable financial technology products for the company.

Karlocompare.com.pk helps Pakistani consumers save time and money when it comes to discovering, comparing, and applying for personal finance products such as credit cards, personal, auto loans, general insurance and broadband connections. It was launched about 3 months ago and since then has established partnerships with insurance providers such as Jubilee General Insurance and EFU General Insurance. Furthermore, the company is in talks with numerous other banks, insurance companies and broadband service providers.
