Muller & Phipps Acquires OCS Courier Service in Pakistan

Muller & Phipps Pakistan has acquired 100 percent stakes in OCS courier services for an undisclosed amount, in a deal that’s announced just recently.

After this, Muller & Phipps Pakistan will operate and manage OCS courier service in totality.

While we don’t have more details on any reshuffling in staff, it is assumed that Muller & Phipps will retain all the work force in OCS and will continue to expand the courier segment in the country.

OCS started its courier and logistics operation in Pakistan back in 1986. Currently it operates with on ground presence in 11 zonal hubs with 58+ branches and 230+ Express Centers, making deliveries in 1000+ locations all over Pakistan.

OCS Pakistan is also connected to the OCS International network (as a licensee of OCS Japan), offering services in 240+ locations in over 210 countries.

Muller & Phipps will reportedly re-brand OCS as M&P Courier Company during days to come.
