Capital Analytics (subsidiary of Capital Stake), a fin-tech startup based out of Lahore, has entered into a joint venture with Pakistan Stock Exchange.
Agreement will give Capital Analytics the access to deepest possible data on all listed companies. Capital Analytics, in return, will offer all PSX clients (brokers) free limited time access to all sorts of insights and data based on which they will be able to make intelligent and result oriented decisions.
The joint venture was signed between Nadeem Naqvi, MD Stock Exchange and Bilal Tariq, CEO at Capital Analytics
Capital Stake, a fin-tech startup launched in 2014, is Pakistan’s First End to End Financial Analytics Platform covering all companies listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange and provides industry specific fundamental and technical indicators to help intelligent decision making.
They aim to empower investors and the general public to take timely and accurate decisions by giving them all the data, analytics, news and insight on a single platform. Capital Stake envisions to be the Bloomberg for emerging economies.
This newly signed agreement will revamp the existing trading terminals commonly known as KITS (Karachi inter trading system) and bring it on par with global standards. It will provide Capital Stake the access to all brokers across the country.
This joint venture will act as a portal for stock market listed data and will ensure the access to financial data to the world at large.
Through this joint venture with Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Capital Stake will embed its software which generates financial data & analytics making it accessible to over 150 brokers and their clients (individual investors).
PSX, in bid to increase research based trading is partnering with the company to educate investors to trade stocks based on technical analysis as opposed to “awaz” i.e. tips based trading.
