C Square Consulting has announced the launch of a new generation self-service Digital Kiosk solutions named INTELLEKT Kiosk.
For the banking industry, the self-service kiosk adds convenience in the opening of mobile wallet, normal bank accounts, enables financial or non-financial transactions and services at remote non-branch locations.
In other words, the service enables the banks to effectively increase their country-wide presence and customer base.
What Does INTELLEKT Offer?
INTELLEKT provides the functionality which will enable users to open their accounts through self-service. Users can also avail the video assisted technology alongside.
To tighten the security, it uses NADRA’s biometric authentication for customer validation and checking, and the provisioning of following things:

- Instant Issuance of Bank Debit Card for an associated Wallet/Account

- Funds Transfer
- Bill Payments
The banks’ virtual agent provides the contact center agent the capability to co-browse with the customer in real time, guide and educate the customer in the use of this technology for the provisioning of available services.
