Islamabad Police has introduced an Online Appointment System, enabling citizens to book appointments for Police Khidmat Markaz (PKM) and Driving License services through its official website.
To schedule an appointment, citizens can visit islamabadpolice.gov.pk, select the required service—either PKM or Driving License—and choose a suitable date and time.
According to Islamabad Police, dedicated appointment counters have been established at all facilitation centers. Citizens arriving at their scheduled time will be served at their designated counter, aiming to provide a quicker and more organized process.
The initiative is intended to allow people to book appointments from home instead of visiting facilitation centers to secure a slot.
