Darusalam.pk Aims to Become the Premier Online Store for Islamic Products

According to a hadith and a verse of Qur’an, Islam was completely revealed 1400 years ago and any change in this shall be treated as bidd’ah. However, digitalization of Islamic products, books and Quranic scripts for the propagation of Islam is the need of the time. No doubt, Islam is the world’s fastest growing religion and one of the few hurdles is that people don’t find authentic content on the internet .

Yesterday, formal inauguration ceremony of first Islamic e-commerce store of Pakistan was held in Darussalam Publisher’s head office in Lahore.

This prestigious ceremony was hosted by Mr. Okasha Mujahid (Operations Manager – Darussalam) in the presence of Shaykh Abdul Ma’lik Mujahid (Director General – Darussalam Publishers) who is on his annual visit to Pakistan these days. The officials of Darussalam and its service partners i.e. Pakistan Post and Easypay by Telenor expressed their kind wishes for this joint venture and inaugurate the e-commerce store by pressing a key simultaneously.

Project Manager, Mr. Mubashar Shahzad gave a detailed hands on presentation to the attendees in the presence of different media houses followed by a cross question session.
