  • It is a good initiative i always thought that on recruiting the most priority should be given to a person’s honesty, behavior, & devotion to the company. As the intelligence & eligibility criteria should be on the medium priority if the software is collecting all the points for recruiting it should have considered these points as well because some people are very passionate to work in the environment like these but they lack due to their intelligence or being average
