Fakhr e Alam, a Pakistani celebrity and an entrepreneur, has been invited by Google for a speech at its headquarters. He is publicly known for his roles as a singer, actor, director, TV Host and as the Chairman of the Sindh Censor Board.
A Day at Google HQ With Fakhr e Alam
Fakhr is set to deliver a talk on art, technology, aviation and Pakistan at the search giant’s HQ in California. He will spend a day at the Googleplex at Mountain View and will share his views on the aforementioned subjects.
It is a unique opportunity for a Pakistani to be called by one of the world’s largest tech giants for such an assignment. Google’s employees will also get to know about Pakistan’s technological landscape.
The event will be held on the 1st of August and might possibly be streamed live online.
The entrepreneur also tweeted about the news himself.

Fakhr has done everything from singing, hosting and dramas to government jobs and what not. However, he hasn’t been called for his previous occupations but as an entrepreneur and the founder of Ezdaam, an online discounts and coupon service for online buyers.
Previously, Fakhr has publicly shared his liking for machines and technology. He shares a love for flying machines as well, as is evident by the numerous pictures Fakhr has posted over social media with him checking out various airplanes.
Prior to Fakhr, the only Pakistani celebrity to visit Google HQ has been Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, who was invited for a musical performance. His fans seem to be glad to hear about the news and have been wishing him best of luck on Twitter.
sad to see any singers and musicians are invited in every other field who done nothing in information technology – it should be a guy who was working in technology to represent Pakistan – what this jackass knows about information technology AI machine learning and IOT.

Its better not to comment if you dont know the person. Have you talked to him to know about his knowledge on Technology? How can you comment that singers/musicians cannot know deep about technology? Knowledge has no boundaries dear. Just for your kind info, Google doesnt work like this, if they have called him for a lecture then he must be having some knowledge on this otherwise they dont give a shit.

still it is perception that google knows who to invite or whom not to- bhae he will be presenter and will convey messages as what he will be given in the written script thats all :)

my point is simple in pakistan whatever is the ocasion is you see dancers kangers shown as heros – pakistan day – singers and dancers are happy – ramadan they are giving us lecture on islam – eid – again these basterds are dancing and hijacking the tv full year- i have not seen a single tv show in which relevant person from the field will give us some thoughts these idoits are now the face of everything in media – and now bizare situation is that even google is inviting a person who has nothing to do with technology- i cannot understand how a mirasi or a simple show stopper like this guy is going to explain about Artificial intelligence just tell me what he is going to say there other than puppet stupid jokes and commentary ?
