    Zong is playing with Cache Data which makes the speed looks faster, Maximum site are cached on their servers, large files are difficult to download as they disconnect after 90% and the process gets repeating thus eats up all the data.

    Also they have very poor customer service. They wiped away my Rs.2500/- MBB and there is no say of customer.

    I am really unhappy with their services.

      maybe you do have issue at your side. i am using from last one year switched from charji cloud to zong cloud and its awesome, specially with customer service, solve your problem as soon as possible.

      I had been using Zong 4g for more than a year, but never faced any issue . and yes except Customer Service , they sometimes doesn’t have any track of where data is going

        I’m using zong mbb since February 2016, speed is awesome. Never need of their customer service. Only issue is, their price is high and the bandwidth is not enough.

    Zong is fudging with their data usage counters on servers side billing. I means they report higher amount of data usage compared to actual usage. I have reported it to PTA but seems no one is willing to catch them. If anyone else having this issue please reply to this message.

    Zong is the ultimate services besides every else service you get.
    i have used wateen, qubee, charji, wingle, and fiberlink hahahah jo k lagna hai last 3 months se pending hai abhi tak unki fiber nae ayi, i am still using zong, just one suggestion please provide some good bandwidth for your customers.

    The speed is pretty good the customer services is pretty awesome as well the agents go the extra mile to help however the way they bill data suck they round up to Mbs which is why u never get the full 50 Gb on your package horribly disappointed with how fast the data gets eaten up

    Zong has best 4G internet
    and WORST CALL VOICE QUALITY and Signals drops in Islamabad Sectors D-17/2 and F-6/4, worst signals. NO SIGNALS 40% of the time on any given day.

    I’m using telenor 4g mifi. The problem is there is no other choice as there is one and only 3g network in my village owned by telenor. Speed is awesome Infact 3g speed is more than 4g in my village as compare to multan city. Worst thing is signal drop. Best thing us getting 83 gb data in just rs 2200.
