Even in those days, the company made its mark by maintaining the highest customer satisfaction standards.

In the year 2000, the company realised the need of the corporate (B2B) segment for dedicated, uninterrupted connectivity and thus decided to fill this gap by offering services to this segment.  Over the years, Cybernet has enhanced the industry standards for corporate users. The company has established its own GPON based underground fiberoptic infrastructure (ION) in major Pakistani cities. It also has Points Of Presence (POPs) in major cities of Pakistan with plans to spread its network infrastructure further.

The company has invested heavily in customer support and reliability. Cybernet has its own last mile fiber connectivity (Fiber to the home) putting the entire network under its own controlso that any fiber damages are immediately handled by Cybernet’s support teams.

Dedicated technical and NOC teams are available 24/7, 365 to resolve any issues. Cybernet takes great pride in being a Pakistani company delivering on its promise of provision of high quality service and delivering great customer satisfaction to its customers.

        • Abay bhai Birmingham meh rehta hoon aur yahan major ilaakon meh bhi BT Fiber broadband naheen aaya. England meh 7 saal pehlay launch huwa tha.

FTTH inho neh bhi koi 5 – 6 years back shuroo kiya tha. Aur kiski coverage inseh bhetar heh?

  • 20 saal ho gaye Cyber dot net, ab to Internet competition rate pe le aow,

Ye Article sponsor karne ka koi faida nahi :P
    LOL

    • Rate aur quality maintain kiya heh iseee liye ab tak zindha heh. Worldcall, Multinet or Wateen kee tara rate aur quality gira gira kar kutoon key maut nahi marra Cybernet.

Kudos to 20 years. Proud of you as a local Pakistani to see Pakistani company maintain its quality standard be it in corporate and now consumer FTTH. Only other is Nayatel which is now bought by Jazz Russian company. Keep fighting CyberNet. We were with you then, we are with you now. God Bless.

      • Please don’t compare Multinet with these cyber, wateen or worldcall, you should know, Multinet is giant company, its going to launch its own fiber gateway for Pakistan.

    • Nayatel offering 7mbps in price that others are giving 20 and 30mbps. Give me a break. Nayatel was a leader in FTTH but now Optix by Multinet Transworld by TES and StormFibre by Cybernet has overtaken sadly.

Best? Maybe in 2008. Now left in the dust… Nayatel has realised it cannot compete and so sold off to Mobilink. Rest is history.

      • Easy there buddy. Nayatel isn’t history. But you have a point that others have caught up and are easily as good.

This guy Well Said needs to get out of Islamabad where the coffee is stronger.
Nayatel sale to Jazz is strong rumour and it is very sad. I guess then Cybernet is the only Pakistani company left.
