The Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) will soon establish a restaurant near the motorway with modern facilities which would attract a large number of tourists, Managing Director PTDC Chaudhry Abdul Ghafoor said on Tuesday.
MD PTDC told the media,
This project would be a unique kind of its construction and on top priority list of PTDC projects for which tourists would be facilitated.
He said that the present government is also committed to develop Pakistan’s tourism sector as an International Hub for business and tourism, setting an example for the rest of the world.
Chaudhry Abdul Ghafoor said, that PTDC aims to complete its projects with complete commitment and devotion and introducing different tourism activities for the enhancement of tourism sector.
Larger Tourist Inflow
Keeping in view that the tourist flow this year was 40% higher compared with last year, it is easy to see that soon Pakistan’s Northern areas will become a hub of domestic and international tourists, he added.
The managing director PTDC said that the Corporation will also make efforts for participation in the major tourism exhibitions of the world. Ghafoor expressed hope that PTDC would continue its role for promotion and development of tourism in the Country.
