Yes. The amount is over exaggerated. The actual amount as per the Telenor Group CEO is USD 75 Million.
faida kia 75 mil ka HQ create karne ka. Telenor will be out of business very soon. BTW they should introduce mini skirt culture as well, employees and employer dono ke maza.

The cost of land was besides what he might had told.
Apparently, commercial plot in gulberg greens is 1 billion pkr for 8 kanal (1 acre). Telenor campus claims 15 acres of land area. So land cost was around 142 million dollars for land only. The math does not add up.
Lets consider residential area land. It is much less than $1 million for 8 kanal. So, land cost at the most is $15 million. They did not cover the whole of 15 acres of land. However, they did make multiple floors. Lets wildly assume they spent $40 million on the building. So the total cost is still around $50 million.
