Waves’ New Lineup of Home Appliances Are Ready to Shake up the Market

Waves, the quintessentially Pakistani brand that is a trusted name in home appliances, is back and better than ever.

And this time it is hoping to solidify its credentials by investing in some heavyweight star talent as part of its newest marketing campaign. The company has enlisted Fahad Mustafa, popular actor and game show host, to promote its new lineup of home appliances for the quality-conscious Pakistani consumer.

Fahad Mustafa Sells Us on More Than Just ‘Naam Hi Kaafi Hai’

The best Pakistani brands, as everyone knows once upon a time, were those who came up with the most memorable taglines that resonated across all cross-sections of society. Waves’ tagline ‘Naam hi kaafi hai’ is one of them.

And it still holds true to this day, as you can see it with the company’s recent TVC below:

Interestingly, Waves went with a catchy storyline for this TVC, centering on the evergreen Mian-Biwi ‘discussions’ about how to run the household.

Fahad says how he doesn’t have much say in household matters and this is true of when it comes to buying home appliances, a top of the line fridge in this case.

With so many options and all sorts of features in the market, what is he to do? Should he get one that gives the best cooling? Should he go with one that can last 100 hours without electricity? Or the most which offers the most space for all your food items?

How about he gets one with all of the above features and in one fell swoop, make his wife happy?

The decision is clear. Fahad opts for Waves’ upcoming fridge that has these cutting-edge features right of the bat:

  • Super Cooling
  • Glass Balconies
  • Most Space with 4mm Glass Shelves
  • 10 year warranty
  • and more.

As far as TVCs go, we think Waves has done a good job of getting its messaging across. And it doesn’t hurt that they are using one of the most popular names in Pakistani showbiz to do it.

So what do you think? Will you be getting the latest fridge from Waves?

  • Waves Company is writing about Waves…
