The Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan and the Council of Higher Education (CoHE) Turkey have mutually approved 11 joint research projects under Pak-Turk Researchers Mobility Grant Programme
The Program is part of the Turkish-Pakistani cooperation within the scope of internationalization effort of higher education systems. The program supports new scientific and technological cooperation between Turkish and Pakistani higher education institutions through provision of funds for mobility of graduate students and academic staff.
HEC HAT: New Test Announced for Scholarships to MS & MPhil Programs
The projects have been approved for funding for a three-year duration in six priority areas which include energy, food technologies, sustainable environment technologies, material sciences, smart transportation systems, robots and smart systems.
Pakistani universities along with their Turkish counterparts that have won the grant are Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad and Karadeniz Technical University, Trabzon, University of Agriculture Faisalabad and Nigde Omer Halisdemir University, Nidge, GIK Institute of Engineering Science and Technology and Dumlupinar University / Karabuk University, Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences and Akdeniz University, Antalya, Government College University, Lahore and Bartin University, Bartin, Government College University, Faisalabad and Bingol University, Bingol, University of Engineering and Technology Lahore and Sakarya University, Sakarya / Istanbul Technical University.
The next call for research projects under the program will be announced in May 2018.

Achi baat hai agar joint Research shuru ki hai but World War 2 ke dor se jo train ka rasta banaya gaya jo agay jakar Pakistan se Turkey tak Train ka rasta mukamal hua jis se Pakistan chahay to Europe tak supply day sakta hai us bani banayi train ke rastay bahaal karne main Pakistan ko kia problem hai. Jabke kayi dafa Turkey offer karchuka hai but phir bhi hamare hukmaran mana karte hain koi work hi nahi karte us train ke raste par warna hum europe via train jayein or hum Europe se bhi jurh jayein. Muashati hawale se bhi but ye fayda bhi China hi lay jaye ga aisa hi lagta hai.
