Things are not looking good for Karachi Kings captain and all-rounder Imad Wasim as he will undergo a CT scan. Kings’ coach, however, is positive that there is nothing serious regarding Imad’s injury.
Imad Wasim was taken off the field when he took a knock after taking a catch on Muhammad Amir’s ball.
The skipper ran backwards, caught the ball but stumbled and fell on his head. Things seemed pretty serious as the impact of the fall caught Wasim in a bad position.
Here is the video of Imad taking a rather difficult catch in a tense situation:

Mickey Arthur spoke to the media regarding Imad’s injury and outcome of the match.
The coach wasn’t really impressed with how his team handled the pressure situation. He admitted that his team made some poor mistakes that led to the defeat against a struggling Lahore Qalandars. However, he added that:
As long as young Pakistani players are developing, I am really happy.
Qalandars beat the Kings in the super over. This was the second time a match went down to the super over and is being termed as one of the most thrilling matches in the tournament so far.
There is still hope for Karachi Kings to qualify for the playoffs, however, Lahore’s journey to the Pakistan Super League title is already over, again.
