This recipe contains absolutely no flour and is super quick and easy to make, with just a few ingredients you can whip up some heavenly freshly baked cookies!

Crispy and crumbly to the touch and gooey and soft from the middle – these cookies are sure to tantalize your taste buds!
Ingredients
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Cooking Method
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees C, Grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper
- In a bowl, stir peanut butter and sugar together until smooth
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time
- Then stir in the baking soda, salt, and vanilla
- Stir mixture well, then Scoop/Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place them 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie. sheet
- Press a criss-cross into the top of the cookie using the back of a fork
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes
- Before removing to a wire rack to cool completely
