Yet another phone has apparently gone on sale before a proper launch. Yesterday it was the Mi A2 Lite, now it is Huawei’s Nova 3i, another stellar near-flagship phone.
However, take all this with a grain of salt, previous leaks show Nova 3 with a notch, while this phone doesn’t have one. It could be a fake listing on AliExpress.
The display of the phone is a large 6.3″ IPS LCD with FHD+ resolution, in an 18:9 aspect ratio. It also comes without a notch, while still making do with nearly non-existent bezels.

The design is also quite good-looking, being 7.3mm thick.
The phone comes with Huawei’s new Kirin 710 processor under the hood, with either 4 or 6 GB RAM, and 64 GB of internal storage.
On the inside, it’s powered by Huawei’s proprietary Emotion UI on top of Android Oreo.
The back comes with a 16 MP RGB sensor plus a 24 MP monochrome sensor. A fingerprint scanner and an LED flash sit alongside.
The front camera also comes with a 20 MP sensor. The AI-related beautifying features are also present.
The battery capacity is set at 3650 mAh, non-removable, which is impressive with a 7.3mm chassis. It will likely support Huawei’s SuperCharge tech.
The pricing of the Nova 3i starts at $480 for the 4 GB model, going up to $520 for 6 GB. It remains to be seen in which international markets it gets launched in.
