Typically, Telenor franchise offices close down around 5pm. But with these self-service booths, you can continue to enjoy the services offered by Telenor Pakistan at your own convenience any time of the day.
They just don’t want to employ people to assist customers, rather they are using machines. I don’t mind that, it’s already done in most countries in the west, however our level of education is does not even come close for deployment of such solutions

Good solution. The wait time at some Telenor Service centers goes over 30 minutes. These will certainly help customers.
