The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has agreed to issue No Objection Certificates (NOCs) to the players participating in Caribbean Premier League (CPL).
A total of 11 Pakistani players have been selected by various franchises to feature in the 6th edition of the competition, which is scheduled to take place from 8th August till 16th September.

Overall, six teams will be participating out of which five teams will have at least one Pakistani player in their ranks, including Barbados Tridents, Guyana Amazon Warriors, Jamaica Tallawahs, St. Lucia Stars and Trinbago Knight Riders.

The competition will allow the players to find form as a majority of them have been suffering from injuries. The CPL is more crucial for Imad Wasim, Rumman Raees, Sohail Tanvir, Muhammad Irfan and Wahab Riaz, since they had been a part of the team but were left out either due to injuries or poor performances.
