Other devices monitor the heart rate between different intervals, however, the Honor Band 4 does it constantly and even notifies you if your heart rate shows abnormality. The new heart rate sensor has been increased in size to cover more area, so it’s an improvement over the predecessor, and it also an infrared sensor for nighttime detection.
