Xiaomi, a big name in the tech industry, has introduced a unique Dupont Jacket under its Uleemark subsidiary. Among many, the most interesting feature of this jacket is that it does not need to be washed at all.
This jacket is currently up for crowdfunding for 459 yuan ($66). What makes it special is that it can survive temperatures between -73°C and 100°C, all the while maintaining an ideal thermal temperature.
90% of the jacket is stuffed white goose feathers, which helps insulate the jacket against harsh temperatures.
Not only this but the jacket is made up of an eco-friendly non-woven fabric called DuPont paper. The credit of patent and development of this material goes to DuPont technologies. It is not paper per se, rather it makes use of flashing technology and blends the advantages of fiber and paper film.

Apart from being eco-friendly, it is lightweight, waterproof, and stainless. Being anti-stain means that you can get rid of the spills of coffee, milk or any other stain by using just a soft cloth. You can also dry clean it.
There will be no stain on the fabric. Its many other features render it a good fit to be used in high-tech fields like aerospace, aseptic medical packaging, and industrial protective clothing.
The fabric is also water repellent letting you use it in the rain normally.
You can buy the Uleemark Dupont Jacket in black and white colors. It is available in different sizes, i.e., small, medium, large, extra large, and extra-extra-large.
Shipments in China will begin from November 11 and it will soon be available across the globe through third-party retailers.
