Dr Nauman Niaz Has Cancer & is Requesting His Fans to Pray for His Health

Famous sports journalist and director of PTV Sports, Dr Nauman Niaz, will undergo a ‘complicated’ bone marrow re-transplant surgery in the coming days.

Nauman, who flew to London on Sunday, thanked his fans and friends for immense love and requested them to keep praying for his health.

Replying to the heap of messages and wishes received, Dr Nauman tweeted,

The veteran journalist has been receiving abundance of love and moral support from the cricket fraternity and fans ever since he informed about his deteriorating health on Twitter.

Director Sports & Syndication sought an apology from anyone who he hurt knowingly or unknowingly now that he’s unaware of ‘whether I live for another day’.

Former Pakistan skipper and head coach Waqar Younis also wrote:

Magical off-spinner and the inventor of ‘doosra’, Saqlain Mushtaq extended his prayers and wishes for Dr Nauman.

Sports journalists across the country responded to his tweet with prayers and wishes for his good health.

Indian sports writer and journalist, Vikrant Gupta, retweeted his tweet with an encouraging message.

His fans also had a lot of prayers for him, one of the viewers was even ready to donate his bone marrow to the veteran journalist.
