Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme: Construction in Three Cities Starts in February

The construction work under Naya Pakistan Housing Project is going to start in three cities of Punjab including Lodhran, Chishtian and Renala Khurd from February.

The national newswire service, APP, reported this news on Monday quoting a source from the Ministry of Housing.

“The work on the housing project in the three cities will begin in February and then it will be extended to other towns and cities,” the minister told APP.

As the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-led government is proceeding with its flagship housing project, Naya Pakistan Housing Programme, with the aim to construct five million low-cost housing units for the homeless and low-income strata of the society, the programme is attracting not only local but foreign investors.
