BYD car prices in Pakistan will remain unchanged after the Budget 2026-27, as the proposed duty structure for imported electric vehicles does not affect the company’s current listed prices.
Under the proposal, imported EVs for personal use in completely built-up condition will remain duty-free up to a value of Rs. 20 million.
EVs valued above Rs. 20 million and up to Rs. 30 million will face a 30 percent duty, while those priced above Rs. 30 million will be subject to a 40 percent duty.
| Model | Price After Budget 2026-27 |
|---|---|
| BYD Atto 2 Premium | Rs. 7,290,000 |
| BYD Atto 3 Advance | Rs. 8,990,000 |
| BYD Seal Dynamic | Rs. 14,790,000 |
| BYD Seal Premium | Rs. 16,990,000 |
| BYD Sealion 7 Advanced | Rs. 15,490,000 |
| BYD Shark 6 Premium | Rs. 19,950,000 |
The current listed prices of BYD vehicles in Pakistan remain below the Rs. 20 million duty-free limit mentioned in the proposal.
This means the proposed duty on higher-priced imported EVs will not apply to BYD’s current lineup in Pakistan.
The BYD Atto 2 Premium will continue to cost Rs. 7.29 million.
The BYD Atto 3 Advance will also remain priced at Rs. 8.99 million.
The BYD Seal Dynamic will remain available at Rs. 14.79 million, while the Seal Premium will continue to cost Rs. 16.99 million.
The BYD Sealion 7 Advanced will also retain its current price of Rs. 15.49 million.
The BYD Shark 6 Premium will remain priced at Rs. 19.95 million.
Its current listed price also stays within the Rs. 20 million limit mentioned in the proposed duty structure.
