Amid reports of the emergence of several polio cases, the government has decided to administrator polio vaccines to children of up to 10 years of age.
Previously, the age limit for polio vaccines was five years, which will now be increased to 10 years in its next campaign.
The authorities have decided to adopt a zero-tolerance policy against the disease after several Polio cases surfaced last week.
In the first phase, anti-Polio drops will be administered to all children from Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) and Afghanistan on a priority basis.
In the second phase, the polio workers will visit public and private schools to administer the vaccine.
Moreover, the government has decided to take strict action against families who decline to vaccinate their children.
Polio workers have been advised to persuade such families through all possible means. If unsuccessful, the local authorities will take serious action against the parents.

One thing is to be noticed that why international agenda only focuses polio as a single and alone desease on earth? Why so much forceful implementation?
Because Pakistan is one of 3 countries left in the whole world which still produces case of Polio. If we don’t give vaccines, we will have more cases, which are more likely to spread to other countries as well.
Bill Gates is behind polio thrust and vaccination. His father worked at planned parenthood and it is their agenda to reduce world population. n developed world they are using different methods and in developing world they are using different world.
With such kind of actions government making it even more controversial. Is polio only disease in Pakistan and other poor countries ?
