In Pakistani society, kids follow the footsteps of their parents, especially the father when it comes to choosing their profession. Be it the Army or sports, the youngsters look up to their parents for guidance and career advice.
Looks like Pakistan team captain, Sarfaraz Ahmed’s son is already keeping a close eye on how his father runs between the wickets.
The captain of the national team shared an adorable video of his son playing cricket indoor, with a caption that made us all laugh. You will too if you follow Sarfaraz’s game.
Mere aur abdullah ke running between the wicket aik jaise hai 🙈😜 pic.twitter.com/8jKf4w4w19

Father and son have one thing in common for sure, and it’s running between the wickets. Running 11 yards instead of 22 seems to be the target for young Abdullah, much like Sarfaraz has been seen on a number of occasions in the international cricket. As they say, like father like son.
Oh, and Sarfaraz’s son is a leftie and hopefully he can emulate the likes of Kumar Sangakkara, Adam Gilchrist, and Quinton de Kock once he’s grown up.
However, that is a long way away and for now, let’s all just enjoy the cuteness of his batting (and running).
