  • Major problem faced by the small saler are following. it will be great courier companies resolve following issues.

    1. Simple way to identify the overall transport rates. some companies did it. but still confusion face by non technicals users.

    2. Proper pick up mechanism. currently small saler have to visit courier center.
    3. COD will need more refinements, e.g buyer should have a chance to check product before take after paying 1% charges etc. this is because many time quality is not good even from daraz.
    4. Transport time estimation for different modes.
    5. Custom charges mechanism for export from pakista. even a proper helpline which should guide saler about custom duties. tax etc.

    I hope this point will definitely increase e-commerce industry in pakistan.

    • I am a small seller and using their services you will be surprized to know that they have a proper pickup mechanism they pickup from the given place even if there is 1 parcel. Transport time estimation for different modes is also available.

      As far as the chance to check the product, your suggestion seems attractive, but i believe there would be gradual changes as this industry is evolving.

  • All points raised by Mr. Abdul Wahab are true and valid. Very very bad experience many times with call courier. Recently experience yesterday 15-May-2019 my parcel came from Lahore very late in evening time 6:42. PM. While this parcel dispatched me yesterday to USA urgent basis if I received in day time. But received very late and I lost 1 day. Many time I told my vendors don’t send via call courier, charged me extra and use other courier services.
    Even I called 3 times call courier Rider yesterday but no reply, he also acknowledged.

    I also a group member of 67 new e-commerce enterpronur and discussed for COD and local and international shipping which service is best. But I strongly rejected this company. Because no proper respond from there.
    I hope they need improve their service.

  • Excellent Service Call Courier !

    i have received many parcels from this courier company…
    they are better than the TCS (Big Giant) in main CITIES like LAHORE.

    Recently i have ordered something from TCS and i couldn’t attend the call due to some reason and they returned my parcel to shipper instead of make another attempt.

    TCS always does only one attempt if someone not available OR couldn’t attend the call for any reason they return the parcel without knowing the consent of customer.

    Call Courier has always strive to deliver the parcels ever after 2 OR 3 attempts.

  • Worst of the worst of the worst services of call courier. They have one of the worst team and their riders have one of the worst attitude to deal with.

    They do fraud with people.
    Eat their parcels without paying to them and run away.

    I wish if I could do worst to them I could.
    If they offer FREE services, just decline and never ever avail their services.
