In a crunch tie between England and New Zealand, the English came out on top and confirmed their place in the semifinals of the World Cup.

Yet again, England’s top-order stood firm with Bairstow smashing a century whereas Roy getting to another half-century for the tournament.
England gave a target of 306 from 50 overs and New Zealand crumbled in return.
New Zealand has a slight advantage over Pakistan thanks to their better run-rate. However, if Pakistan registers a mammoth win over Bangladesh – there are chances that New Zealand might be knocked out.
The Kiwis were all out for 186 runs and lost the match by 119 runs.
Pakistan will play Bangladesh on 5th July. The Men in Green have a NRR of -0.792 and they will require a huge victory to qualify.
