This Defence Day foodpanda Thanks the Army Heroes for their Countless Efforts

Living a life of peace and freedom is a luxury in today’s time and age, don’t you think?

Pakistan’s on-demand food delivery service, foodpanda, has taken it up a notch this Defence Day by thanking and appreciating the army heroes who leave their families behind and put their lives on stake to ensure our safety. Their patriotism is one for the books and what better way to make them feel loved for doing what they do best with utmost sincerity than to do it with a specially designed food box as a kind gesture.

Food unites us as a nation and to give back to the pride of our nation, the foodpanda team was seen on the streets distributing the signature pink foodpanda boxes to soldiers as an act of generosity. Army, navy, rangers, police, traffic police – all these forces were approached on duty and it was delightful to see those faces lit up after receiving these gift boxes.

This generous act was a sweet and a rather unique way to remind these heroes that we are indebted to them, their courageousness, fearlessness and braveness has no end and we truly appreciate all their efforts while protecting us day and night sacrificing their lives. Thus, a little note of encouragement goes a long way and someone who’s doing so much for the country and its citizens, deserves all our love and respect.

This will also keep them motivated towards the work they do. And we hope to see the everlasting bonding of Pakistan’s army and its people through more meaningful gestures.
