He also congratulated Dr. Syed Junaid Ali Shah, the director of the Majestic Lounge, for the timely completion of this project.

“I am glad to see that you and your team took up this task and delivered it just in time. Such services should be introduced across Pakistan,” he added.

Dr. Junaid said that the facility of Majestic Service and Lounge will help passengers go through the terminal without the hassle of waiting in long queues. Whereas, the state-of-the-art lounge will be available for all those passengers carrying appropriate bank cards.

  • No such facility existed in Pakistan prior to this. This first of its kind service was introduced to give relief to passengers and for the betterment of the image of Pakistan.

  • Hi
Great perhaps you can now try and improve services for disabled and elderly travelers who don’t have privilege cards.

  • Where are them long queues? Never seen any at JIAP unless one is traveling from ISB where only 1 FIA staff is working at passport control…… ;)
