The Federal Minister of Information Technology and Telecommunication (IT&T), Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, inaugurated a state-of-the-art website of the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication on Monday.
The ceremony for the inauguration of the website was held at the committee room of the Ministry of IT. Federal Secretary Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, Shoaib Ahmad Siddiqui, and all the officers of the Ministry were present.
According to the Press Statement, the Federal Minister of IT&T was briefed about the new features of the website. He was informed that the new website is more interactive and has more features for content management, dynamic searching, and integration with the social media accounts of the Ministry.
Furthermore, The Federal Minister of IT gave direction for uploading all documents, including policies and laws on the website for easier access for people. He also gave direction for updating all the websites under the administrative control of the Ministry of IT on this new website template.
