Pakistan cricket team is in Australia to play a T20I and Test series as all cricket lovers in the country are anxiously waiting to see the young team in action. The T20I series begins on November 3rd.
The Head Coach of Pakistan Cricket team, Misbah-ul-Haq has singled out Steve Smith as a batsman that they need to get out in order to succeed. However, he has already admitted they don’t know how to get Steve Smith out.
Talking on media on Monday, Misbah said the team management is trying to figure out a way to get Smith out.
The way he is batting at the moment, he is at the top of his game and his confidence level is very high and the only thing we can do is get him out and that’s what we are trying to figure out.
The 45-year-old is confident that his team is capable of surprising the hosts, looking at the raw talent Pakistan possesses in the form of three teenage pacers.
Conditions are challenging in Australia, Misbah admitted, however, “this is a young team and I’m looking forward to a very good series. The kind of talent we have and if we can be disciplined in all departments then we can produce good results”, he further added.
