Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited (PTC) has officially appointed Mr. Usman Zahur as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
Usman is replacing Mr. Syed Javed Iqbal, who served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of PTC for three years and has now been elevated to the role of Area Director, Middle East & South Asia, British American Tobacco.
He has held various senior Marketing positions in brands, trade, and SP&I across different geographies.
Prior to this assignment, Usman was the Area Marketing Director for South Asia Cluster comprising Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Afghanistan & Maldives. During his career with BAT, Usman has worked on various positions in marketing within Pakistan, BAT Headquarters in London and in regions including Europe, Africa, Japan, and Bangladesh.
