Here’s Our First Look at Redmi K30 Pro, Comes Without Punch-Hole or Notch

Xiaomi only recently launched the Redmi K30 flagship in its home market. This direct successor of the Redmi K20 lineup was a disappointment amongst fans mainly due to its punch-hole display. Hence, the company is already working on the next-in-line device, i.e., the Pro version of the same smartphone. The device has been confirmed by the Company’s executives on a number of occasions.

A few days back, Lu Weibing, VP of Xiaomi Global, President of Xiaomi China and General Manager of Redmi brand, posted on Weibo confirming the upcoming Redmi flagship by saying:

It has meticulous workmanship in addition to its powerful performance and configuration!

Later on, Lu Wei Chan conducted a poll on Weibo asking the users what kind of selfie camera mechanism do they expect the Redmi K30 Pro to sport.

Of course, the fandom was all in for a pop-up selfie camera. Interestingly, a few days after the poll, leaked renders of the smartphone started making rounds on the internet, showing that the device will feature dual pop-up selfie cameras.

In other news, two Xiaomi smartphones with model numbers M2001J11E and M2001J11C recently passed through the 3C certification process. These are believed to be the Redmi K30 Pro models. The smartphones, according to the certification, will be powered by 4700 mAh battery backed by 33W fast charging.

Other than this, according to the rumor mill, the Redmi K30 Pro will boast an OLED display, unlike the vanilla Redmi K30. Moreover, it will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor topped with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM.
