Aiming to resolve grievances, queries, and support related complaints of students and employees, the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) has launched an online support system with a tracking mechanism.
Named IIUI Support System, the online portal will allot a unique ticket number to every request lodged on it, allowing students and employees to easily track the progress of their complaint.
IIUI students and employees just need a valid university email to register their complaints on the IIUI Support System.
Moreover, students can register their complaints directly to any department using the online portal.
IIUI’s management has urged students and staff to register their complaints on the online portal from now onwards.
Additionally, the online portal contains a knowledge base comprising of general information such as the Learning Management System (LMS) and open book examination.
