61 officials have been transferred by the Federal Board of Revenue with Immediate effect. Two notifications were issued by FBR on 11th September confirming the transfer of 61 officials of Grade 19 and 20.
The first notification stated transfers of 45 grade 19 and 20 Inland Revenue Service officers. FBR issued the second notification stating the transfer of 15 grade-20 Inland Revenue Service commissioners.
In a bid to strengthen the department, the majority of the transfers have been deployed in Inland revenues across the country.
The notification stated that the officials that were drawing performance allowance prior to the transfer are eligible to continue at their new posts. All the transferred officials will start working at their new posts immediately.
