Pakistan head coach, Misbah-ul-Haq, has claimed that the team possesses enough talent for the next three World Cups. The next three mega-events including 2021 World T20 in India, 2022 World T20 in Australia and 2023 World Cup in India will be played within the next three years.

Misbah recently resigned as the chief selector of the national team, however, he has claimed that Pakistan possesses an exciting pool of players to bring positive results at the next three World Cups.
Misbah has completed his one year as the head coach of the side and he said that there have been a lot of things during his stint that he is positive about. He said that the next season of the Pakistan Super League is crucial for the development of the young players and it will provide the perfect platform for the players to showcase their credentials.

I can say that by early next year after the Pakistan Super League, we will have a pool of players who can serve us well in the three World Cups in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
Pakistan announced a fairly young squad for the upcoming series against Zimbabwe, with a few exceptions such as Mohammad Hafeez and Wahab Riaz. The average age of the 22-member squad is 26 with only 7 players above the age of 30 which shows the team management’s reliance and faith on the young talent.
