Pakistan’s government-owned Citizen Portal app is a countrywide one-stop spot for all almost all government-related complaints, inquiries, guidance, and more. The application has just been revamped with a new design and more categories that are simpler to use than before.
The app starts off on a religious note at the start screen with a message paying respect to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It then takes you to the login screen. The app startup is very slow, however.
Everything has been split into three different types of communications: Complaints, Guidance, and Suggestions to make things simple and straightforward. The Guidance tab is currently under development and is not complete.
As always, almost every part of the app is translated into Urdu as well.

On Android 10, the file attachment module doesn’t show/load and files, I reported this on the app support and wrote email to PMDU too, but no resolution till date.
